How Nudge Works

Nudge is an automated review management system that integrates with your existing workflow to streamline customer feedback collection.

What Happens When You Add a Contact

  1. Contact is added to your account
  2. Deduplication check (no duplicate requests)
  3. Review request is scheduled (respecting delay_hours if specified)
  4. SMS/Email is sent automatically
  5. Responses are tracked automatically

Common Integration Workflows

  • Jobber: Job completed → Add contact to Nudge → Review request sent
  • Square: Payment received → Add contact to Nudge → Review request sent
  • CRM: Deal closed → Add contact to Nudge → Review request sent
  • Any Zapier App: Your trigger → Add contact to Nudge → Review request sent
